What people ask us before choosing.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan involves no payment and can be used with no time limit, within its usage limits. For a paid plan, checkout opens with our payment provider after your account is created: no card number ever goes through our pages.
Do limits apply per branch?
No, to the whole account. An account groups several workspaces and is billed once: “5 channels” means five in total, and members are counted as people.
What happens when a limit is reached?
Whatever goes over is not created: one more channel, collaborator or person is refused, with a message naming the limit reached. Messages sent are counted over the current calendar month.
Are WhatsApp charges included?
No. Conversations started with a message template are billed by Meta, at a rate that varies by country. Nodium shows an estimate before sending; only Meta's statement is binding.
Can I change plan or cancel?
Yes, at any time and with no minimum term. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; with no active subscription, an account falls under the free plan.
