The included messages are the volume Nodium processes. Meta bills separately, to your client, on its WhatsApp account: delivered templates, by category. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free. Nodium adds no markup.

Yes. You connect your customer's WhatsApp Business number, or your own for your own company. Nodium does not provide numbers.
An active WhatsApp number, connected to your own business or to one of your clients. Each plan includes a number of them. Beyond that, Launch and Scale bill the extra number; Build refuses it. A client with no number costs nothing, a connected number counts even without a message, and test channels do not count.
A message sent or received counts as one, templates included. Delivery and read receipts do not count, nor do messages on a test channel.
On Build, sending stops and receiving continues, until the 1st of the month when the quota resets. On Launch and Scale, each extra block of 1,000 messages is billed, up to an overage cap you set in your billing space. Once the cap is reached, sending stops.
Each plan includes room for the photos, documents and audio you receive or upload. Build stops at the quota: the media then stays readable at Meta for seven days. Launch and Scale bill each extra GB.
Build includes a single number: your own business's, or a first client's. To connect more, move to Launch.
Your plan stays active for 15 days from the failure, then the account falls back to Build. Only the services beyond Build are then suspended: the oldest number stays active, the others are paused without being disconnected, and everything resumes once the payment goes through. Message content is not erased while the payment is overdue.
Your client, on its WhatsApp Business account, with its own payment method. The connect link shows where to add it in WhatsApp Manager. Nodium never pays or bills Meta.
