One gateway between your code and WhatsApp.
Nodium carries messages between your users and your backend, on WhatsApp. No built-in AI: what gets answered is decided by your code.
What Meta requires, Nodium handles
The official WhatsApp API, with what it takes around it so that a send is never silently lost.
Your customer's number
Connected through Meta's signup window. With coexistence, the WhatsApp Business app and the API share the same number.
Every message shape
Text, images, documents, voice notes, buttons, lists, locations, contact cards, reactions, templates.
The 24-hour window
Outside the window, the API refuses free text with an explicit code, before Meta does.
Queue and scheduled sends
Send in volume without waiting on each round trip, or at a given time. Meta's transient refusals are retried on their own.
Templates
Write them once for your account, deploy them to each customer's WhatsApp account, follow status and category customer by customer. Every change reaches you by webhook.
Broadcasts and opt-outs
One template sent to a list. A contact who opts out gets no more: Nodium records it on its own.
Signed webhooks
Nodium calls you as soon as something happens, and proves it is Nodium.
- Signed with HMAC-SHA256, with a secret you rotate without losing anything.
- Six attempts with growing delays, in the order of each conversation.
- A delivery log, redelivery and a test call on demand.
- Paused by you, or on its own when your server stops answering: nothing is lost.
