If it publishes an API (MCP, OpenAPI or GraphQL), you connect it from a screen. If not, write to us: we will look into it with your vendor.
Can the collaborator change a booking?
Only if you open that action, and every change waits for an advisor's approval. By default, nothing is written to your software.
Are my travellers talking to a bot?
They write to your agency's WhatsApp number and read a reply in its name. You take over any conversation in one click.
How much does it cost?
The free plan is enough to start, with no credit card. The fees Meta charges for WhatsApp are separate.
